The gatherings · The art of connection

A little less alone.
A little more
ourselves.

Conversation, connection,
and room to simply be.

Find your place hereWomen. Nature. The stories between us.

The invitation

Come as you are.
There is room for you here.

We spend so much of life holding things together. The work. The family. The changing body. The version of ourselves everyone expects to see.

The intention behind these gatherings is simpler: time to slow down, share a conversation, ask a question, and be in the company of other women. Nothing to perform. No perfect words required.

A place for connection.
A little room to exhale.

The shape of what’s to come

Different ways
to come together.

Future gatherings may take different forms. Each will have its own intention, pace, and invitation.

01 / In conversation

The women’s
circle.

Thoughtful conversations about the female body, the chapters of a life, and the questions we do not always have space to ask.

Listening · Reflection · Shared perspective

02 / In nature

A return
to the senses.

Time outdoors, a slower rhythm, and room to notice what is around us. Simple experiences shaped by the season and the place.

Nature · Presence · Unhurried connection

03 / In transition

Love, loss
& becoming.

Space for women navigating change, including loss and reinvention. A conversation where your story can remain your own.

Grief · Change · The next chapter

The feeling we make room for

Less performance.
More presence.

01

You can simply listen.

Sharing is an invitation. You decide what feels right for you.

02

Every story has its own pace.

No expectation to have arrived at an answer or made sense of everything.

03

Curiosity belongs here.

Room for thoughtful questions, different experiences, and conversations that go a little deeper.

Future gatherings

The next chapter
is taking shape.

I have not announced dates yet. You can ask me about future gatherings and share whether you are interested in a women’s circle, a nature-based experience, or a gathering around loss and transition.

I will share dates, location or online format, accessibility, pricing, and booking details when a gathering is confirmed.

Ask about future gatherings

Tell me what kind of gathering speaks to you. An inquiry does not reserve a place.

Your host

A physician.
A woman.
A fellow traveler.

I’m Dr. Michele Burklund. My work brings together medicine, nature, and the experiences that shape a life.

I am drawn to the conversations that happen when we have time to listen—to ourselves and to one another. These gatherings are an extension of that intention.

Before you join

A few
gentle answers.

Do I need to be a patient?

Gatherings are separate from private clinical care. Eligibility and the intended audience will be explained with each event invitation.

Will gatherings be online or in person?

The format will be announced for each event. No location or online schedule is confirmed on this page yet.

Are these medical appointments or therapy?

These are invitations for education, reflection, and connection. They do not replace individual medical care or psychotherapy.

Can I come on my own?

That is very much part of the intention: a place to arrive as you are and meet others. Specific event details will explain the group format and what to expect.
