The medicine

Awaken the
healing intelligence
within.

Medicine that honors the body’s
innate capacity to heal.

Explore the medicine
Ancient wisdom. Modern science. Thoughtfully together.

Everything is connected

The body was never meant to be understood
in pieces.

Your symptoms do not exist in isolation.

The physical, emotional, neurological, hormonal, and environmental parts of you are continually influencing one another.

Every symptom is information.
Every system is connected.
And healing begins by understanding the whole.

The therapies I draw from

Many ways to support
the whole.

What belongs in your care.
When. Why. And how.

01

Nutraceuticals

I select supplements or personalized compounds when there is a clear clinical purpose, considering dose, quality, interactions, and your existing care.

02

Integrative Medicine

I evaluate the concerns we are working on together and draw from conventional assessment and evidence-informed natural therapies. My work here is focused care for women, rather than ongoing general primary care.

03

Understanding What Is Driving Your Symptoms

I bring your history, examination, and appropriate testing together to investigate contributors to your symptoms. I arrange imaging or referral when clinically indicated.

Arrangement of health and wellness lab items including capsules, test tubes labeled GI health, micronutrients, inflammation, a lab summary form, a biomarker test kit box, a glass of water, and plant leaves on a textured surface.
04

Functional Labs

I choose laboratory testing to answer specific questions about your health. I explain what a result may tell us, its limitations, and whether it is likely to change our plan.

05

Physical Medicine

I consider movement, physical function, and appropriate physical therapies within the therapeutic order. When hands-on assessment or treatment is needed, I coordinate local care.

06

Botanical Medicine

I draw on pharmacognosy, modern research, and traditional herbal knowledge to select plant medicines thoughtfully, with attention to safety and medication interactions.

07

Mind–Body Medicine

I make room for the ways stress, emotions, and lived experience affect your health. Breathwork, behavioral approaches, and other practices may complement our work; I coordinate counseling or psychotherapy when needed.

Arrangement of herbal medicine bottles, dried herbs, a mortar and pestle, capsules, a measuring beaker, and handwritten herbal formula notes on a table, emphasizing pharmaceutical medicine and natural compounding.
08

Pharmaceutical Medicine

I consider medication when clinically indicated and within my prescribing scope. The therapeutic order helps guide my choices without delaying treatment you need.

The therapeutic order

The art is knowing
what you need, and when.

I use the therapeutic order to guide what I recommend and when. I begin with the foundations of health, then bring in more targeted support as your needs require. Nutrition, botanical medicine, physical approaches, and medication each have a place when appropriate.
